lyrics

We can't live with out a reason
And in mine is something hidden
You're fatally attracted, and boyishly distracted
Great world rotary!

Never be the same
Don't think that you're to blame
Always be the same
Don't think that you're to blame

I know you! Let's pull the skin so tight
Draw the maps like the stars in the sky
When I finally guess you were...
Mine, I'm yours! I'll draw onto your hands
Just some things you love so dearly
I remember all of them

We've encountered at the far point
I'll see you at Janaran Falls
Do you want a second chance?
Dear fair maiden

Always be the same
Don't think that you're to blame

I know you! Let's pull the skin so tight
Draw the maps like the stars in the sky
When I finally guess you were...
Mine, I'm yours! I'll draw onto your hands
Just some things you love so dearly
I remember all of them

Everything changed when I walked into that chapel
And you were there alone cigarette in mouth
Candles dwarfed under clouds of CO2
In that moment I knew that you'd find someone else

I know you! Let's pull the skin so tight
Draw the maps like the stars in the sky
When I finally guess you were...
Mine, I'm yours! I'll draw onto your hands
Just some things you love so dearly
I remember all of them

It was our big demise
I'm leaving the Enterprise

Composed by Wonnie and Gingerbread
Performed by Wonnie and Gingerbread
Vocals by Wonnie

Shortly after "At Least You Tried" was written, I began to take on a different project with Tom Smith Rosser (Gingerbread)... a close friend of mine.

Together, we began TROCAZ, a two piece post-rock band that exists solely on the internet. This is one of the songs that ended up taking flight from that project. Most of the other songs that came out of this project. Maybe more will be released later? Who knows?

Music should be shared, and this is something that Tom and I would love to share with you folks.
